Scoob was very expressive while I made pancakes the other day.

Me: "It looks like Buckingham (our dog) got the pencil."

Polar Bean: "Actually it was Scoob."

Later on

Fearless to Little man: "Don't do that, you'll mess up my lipstick."

Park after church and lunch

We unexpectedly met new friends at church and went out to eat for lunch. By that time, it was past nap time so we opted to go to the park. 

The sisters and brothers split off and delighted in each particular playground part. 

Scoob loves the slide. You can't keep her off it and Fearless is happy to be the helper. 

The boys were adamant about climbing the wall structure.

Even Little Man was willing to pose for a picture!

Word switch

I have a feeling this will happen quite often in the near future. 

Scoob wanted to help me and my intention was to ask her to close the fridge door.

Me to Scoob: "Scoob, (in Arabic) sit down.)

With the fridge door open, she plops herself down on the floor.

A few sounds off and the word changes completely.

Early birthday celebration

That's 6 flavors of ice cream, 3 kinds of brownies, m&ms, smarshbellows, peanut butter and almond butter and whipped cream.

With Moms in town and a boy whose birthday is fast approaching, we organized a quick dessert smorgasbord.

This boy is happy to celebrate his birthday!

Little Man helped him blow out the candles.

It was delicious! This will be a memory we hold on to!

Hiking

To ensure our appetites were growing, we went on a hike yesterday.

Papa Bear took on extra weight for parts of the trails. 

We were fortunate to watch some of the sun setting the previous day as well.

Scoob explored all puddles in hopes of splashing and getting as wet as possible.

And of course some pictures of the kids I love.

Future Glasses wearer?

Scion found a pair of dress up glasses and sported them last night.

They were a little big but she pulled the look off.

I love how a cheap prop we used for a birthday celebration, turned into a much loved toy.

Polar Bean will even wear a pair outside the house!

The babies had a blast spending this time together. 

Lots of pomegranate water was splashed, drank and spilled. 

They ate the entire bowl. 

 Most of all they enjoyed spending the time together!

It was warm enough for Scoob to walk around in her cloth diaper. 

I love cloth diapered babies!
