Rebounder

We tried a new activity during school today. Math & phonics questions while the kids jumped. It won't be a daily schooling tradition but still a good trick for those extra energized days! Enjoy the pictures!

Practicing Ballerinas

Scoob has begun to be Fearless' shadow. 

Fearless is a terrific big sister! 

She found a ballerina leotard that would fit Scoob.

And reminded me to put Scoob-a-Doob in it!

It was hard to keep these girls smiling and non-moving.

Still I think you can see their delight and thorough enjoyment of these matching costumes!

Heard by my ears

Little man: "Mommy, what's guests?"

Me: "Friends who visit us. Why? Where did you hear it?"

Little man: "On the Antonio Vivaldi cd."

Fearless: "Why are you smiling?"

Mama: "Because my friend texted me something funny."

Fearless: "You have friends?!"

Spring is making it's way here

No need to clean the windows!

We've had lots of flying action going on. 

A typical hiking view..I still want to hold my breath when I am there.

This kid finished his phonics book and we're on to real books from the library!

She's a bit of both. Ballerina & Super hero!

Impromptu 30 minute beach visit ended up being 1.5 hours long!

Scoob also is thrilled with airplanes.

That's good because we'll see a lot of them in the coming years!

I can't decide if I should correct her

or enjoy this short season of creating words and phrases.

Latest Family Visit

I think after every new visitor, we get a better tourist itinerary. By the time we leave this spot, we'll be experts in the local area. For those who aren't planning a trip to visit us, maybe think about it???
