It was my first time to make this Middle Eastern dish last night.
I failed the first time of trying to cook the thin pastry.
Thankfully it went smoother, the second time around!
In order to persuade the kids to try it,
we called it egg quesadillas!
If you know our kids, you know D girl and T man have an inexhaustible love for quesadillas!
Later on that evening, I found this little miss smiling and standing.
She likes to go into Mama's bedside crate and "rearrange" all reading materials.
With a wide grin like that, how can I say no?
